f you're a hard gainer that wishes to put on weight, you will have to eat weight gain foods that are high in calories. I know your wondering what the heck are high calorie foods.

Before I tell you what high calorie foods are, I want to make sure you understand that we will be eating healthy high calorie foods. The whole purpose here is to put on weight, not fat.

I also want anyone following my advice to also take into consideration, that you will have to do some type of exercises. That way you can build a little muscle tone instead of just putting on weight around the tummy.

  • Peanut butter

  • Red Meat - Steak
  • Butter/Lard
  • Nuts
  • Vegetable Oil

Ways To Gain Weight By Consuming Healthy Foods

For you to gain weight you will have to eat healthy food high in calories and as you may recall that you will also have to start exercising. It doesn't have to be the slave mentality, where you're going to the gym seven days a week. But you will have to hit the gym, or use a home gym at least 3 times a week for half an hour.

And if the gym is out of reach, you will have to keep yourself fit, by just walking for half an hour 3 times per week.
