Well, the eating I am referring to is actually over-eating. Yes, eating 5 to 6 times a day or even more. I am talking about eating every two to three hours.
If you feel that nothing is working then eat every tow hours, I can guarantee you that you will gain at least two pounds per week following this method.
Hard gainer eating schedule:
- Breakfast - Between 7 - 8 A.M.
- Snack - Around 9 - 10 A.M.
- Lunch - Around 12 - 1 P.M.
- Snack - Between 3 - 4 P.M.
- Dinner - Around 7 - 8 P.M.
- Midnight Snack Between 10 - 11 P.M.
You are not allowed to skip any meals, you have to be constantly eating. In the beginning you will get tired of eating, but this is the only way to slow down your metabolism. Proper food and nutrition may also be another reason why you cant gain weight. It is very important, so make sure you're eating from each food group.
You are not allowed to ever skip breakfast, this is the most important meal of the day. Have a hearty and healthy breakfast. go wild and eat anything you feel. I used to even eat a full course meal with chicken breast and potatoes in the morning. Other days I would eat six eggs with 4 slice of toast.
Ways To Gain Weight
The first reason you cant gain weight is you may live a very active life. Monitor that and try to cut back on being so busy. I am covering a method of how to gain weight without the need to build muscles
. To gain weight, you have to start eating, and I mean eating high calorie foods. Foods like pasta, potatoes, nuts, bananas, eggs, chicken breast, meal replacement packs and lots of milk. Use the meal replacement packs whenever you don't have anything to eat at that moment.
Always make sure you walk with snacks to munch on.
Oh, before I forget you will start drinking lots of water and milk. Yes whole milk will act as our protein drink, it will help you build muscles and gain weigh at the same time. Drink milk with each snack and meal.
Important Tip:I would advice you to follow this routine for one month without fail and then start doing some king of physical exercise to turn that weight gain into muscles.
Once you have gained enough weight that you're satisfied, just cut back on the eating. It took me three months to put on 15 pounds, and another two months after that to put on 30 lbs. It is worth it, trust me, I love the compliments that I get now.
